| In the ads, the pool was shown to have several kid features which have been disabled and are being removed. So should remove from literature on the hotel. Also, pool although kept well was very cold. Other than that, hotel was very nice. |

| Breakfast was a buffet that was $11.00. Italian Rest across the street had the room service. Food was good but all was ala carte and quite pricey. Many other places to eat in a close radius. Hotel was very well kept. Just a strange location in a shopping Center. |

| Even though it was under renovation, the hotel was still clean and comfortable. Desk help could have a bit more knowledge and, for goodness sake, get a wine corkscrew -- both at the desk and in the hotel bar. |

| The hotel was very nice. The lobby comfertable and clean. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff was curtious and helpful. I would stay there anytime I was in Madison. |

| Great location, great service. Clean, comfortable rooms. There is plenty of shopping/restaurants right by the hotel and downtown is only 10 minutes away. I've stayed at hotels that cost twice as much and not been as happy with the service and quality. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Madison. |

| The hotel is in a great location, many resturants and lots of shopping; in a new area. Easy access from the expressway. The only complaint we had is the bed (queen) seemed like a double and was very 'lumpy'...overall, enjoyable stay. |
